Who is E3 Management?

E3 Management is an independent property management company serving East Kent. We're focused on providing a straightforward, reliable service for tenants and landlords across Thanet and the surrounding area.

Today we look after properties across Thanet and the surrounding area, combining local knowledge with a straightforward, no-nonsense approach.

Reporting maintenance

Use the form below or email info@e3-property.com with a description and photos. Non-urgent issues are typically actioned within 3–5 working days.

Paying your rent

Rent is paid by standing order to the account on the date your tenancy started or otherwise agreed. Please keep payments on the agreed date to avoid arrears charges.

Your deposit

Your deposit is protected in a government-approved scheme. You'll receive the prescribed information within 30 days of paying it.

Documents & certificates

By law, we provide your gas safety, EPC and electrical certificates when your tenancy starts.
